We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Managing Quantity Surveyor / Estimator to lead cost management, estimation, and quantity surveying activities on high-end hotel and casino projects. The successful candidate will manage a team of QS professionals, oversee end-to-end commercial deliverables, and ensure accurate, timely, and competitive estimates for interior fit-out and stone/marble works packages.
This is a remote position with an immediate start. Candidates who cannot join right away will not be considered.
What we're looking for
- Education: Licensed Civil Engineer (registered/licensed status required).
- Experience: Minimum 10 years of progressive QS/Estimation experience, including senior/managerial roles.
- Regional Exposure: Proven Middle East project experience (UAE, KSA, Qatar, or similar) is mandatory.
- Sector: Demonstrable experience on hotel and casino projects, specifically in interior fit-out and stone & marble works.
- Leadership: Track record of leading and managing QS teams.
- Software: Conversant and proficient in PlanSwift and Bluebeam (mandatory).
- Contracts: Strong knowledge of FIDIC and standard Middle East contract forms.
- Communication: Excellent English communication, reporting, and negotiation skills.
- Availability: Must be available to join immediately. ASAP joiners only.
