Product Designer

Demo Co has one designer today and a product surface that has outgrown her. You will take a full area, likely reporting and workflows, and own it: research, interaction design, visual design, and the last five percent that makes it feel finished.

We are a written, asynchronous team. Design happens in Figma and in short Loom walkthroughs, not in standing meetings.

What we're looking for

• 4+ years designing complex B2B or data-heavy products
• A portfolio showing shipped work with your specific contribution made clear
• Fluent in Figma, including components, variables, and prototyping
• Comfortable working directly with engineers in a codebase-adjacent way
• Strong written communication for an asynchronous team

Nice to have

• Has worked as the second or third designer at a startup
• Front-end skills, enough to prototype in code
• Experience designing for data visualisation or reporting
