AI Product Manager

  • Hybrid
  • Full-time

About the Company

Filuet appears to be a mid-sized technology company operating at the intersection of software and AI-driven solutions. Based on the nature of this role, the company likely builds or integrates intelligent products for business clients, with engineering and data science functions working closely alongside product teams. Filuet seems to be at a stage where product processes are maturing and the appetite for AI-powered capabilities is actively shaping the roadmap. The hybrid work model suggests a collaborative in-person culture balanced with flexibility for focused, independent work.

About the Role

This is a hands-on AI Product Manager role for someone who has already done the hard work of shipping AI features — not just scoping them — and is ready to do it again with more scope and ownership. You'll sit at the center of engineering, data science, and business stakeholders, turning ambiguous problems into concrete product decisions that actually move metrics. The impact is real and traceable: better model outputs, faster team alignment, and AI capabilities that users notice.

Responsibilities

  • Define and drive AI feature initiatives end-to-end — from early discovery and problem framing through launch — ensuring each release ties back to a measurable user or business outcome.
  • Translate fuzzy business challenges into crisp, actionable product requirements that give engineering and data science teams a clear target to build toward.
  • Collaborate directly with ML and data science teams to establish model success criteria upfront, then evaluate model outputs against real user needs throughout development.
  • Own the product backlog for AI features — using quantitative data and qualitative user research to sequence work, make prioritization calls, and defend those trade-offs clearly to stakeholders.
  • Synthesize signals from user feedback, usage metrics, and team retrospectives to continuously refine AI features post-launch and identify the next highest-value problem to solve.
  • Facilitate alignment across product, engineering, data science, and business teams — keeping everyone oriented around shared goals without letting process slow down the work.

What we're looking for

  • Has shipped AI-powered product features end-to-end — from discovery through launch — and can point to measurable user or business impact those features delivered.
  • Has taken ambiguous, high-level business problems and produced clear, structured AI product requirements that engineering and data science teams could immediately act on.
  • Has collaborated hands-on with ML or data science teams to define what "good" looks like for a model before it's built, and has evaluated outputs against real user needs rather than just technical benchmarks.
  • Has used a mix of data analysis and user research to drive backlog prioritization decisions and has confidently communicated the reasoning and trade-offs to cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Communicates with precision — able to shift fluently between technical conversations with data scientists and strategic discussions with business leaders.

Nice to have

  • Experience in a B2B or enterprise SaaS environment where AI features need to slot into complex, existing customer workflows.
  • Hands-on familiarity with LLM-based products or conversational AI interfaces — ideally having shaped the product direction, not just observed it.
  • Exposure to responsible AI practices such as bias review, explainability frameworks, or model governance processes.
  • Experience partnering with commercial or GTM teams to help position and communicate AI features to external audiences.

Benefits

  • Hybrid work model — structured collaboration in-office combined with genuine flexibility to do deep work remotely.
  • Direct ownership of meaningful AI product decisions at a company where the work is shaping real capabilities, not maintaining legacy features.
  • Close collaboration with strong engineering and data science peers who take product quality seriously.
  • Room to grow your scope as Filuet's AI product function matures — this is a role with a real career path, not a static seat.
  • Competitive compensation package commensurate with demonstrated product impact and seniority.
