Earth & Beyond Ventures is an early-stage deep-tech venture capital fund based in Israel, investing in frontier technology sectors including semiconductors, photonics, quantum computing, and space technology. The fund works closely with founders at the earliest stages of company formation.
As an Investment Intern, you will be embedded in the investment team and contribute to real deal work — from sourcing and evaluating deals to supporting live due diligence on real investments. We are looking for an enthusiastic person with a genuine passion for startups, deep technology, and venture capital.
Responsibilities
Support deal sourcing by identifying and tracking startups across semiconductors, photonics, quantum computing, and space technology
Conduct market research and competitive landscaping to help the investment team build sector-level conviction
Assist with due diligence on active deals, including market sizing, technical feasibility assessment, and business model analysis
Help build and maintain the fund's startup and technology mapping databases
Manage CRM entries and assist with deal flow tracking to keep pipeline data accurate and actionable
Prepare investment memos and concise company summaries for review by the investment team
Participate in meetings with founders and contribute to team discussions on active investment opportunities
Monitor industry developments, academic publications, and news across deep-tech verticals
Requirements
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program (engineering, physics, computer science, economics, or related field preferred)
Strong analytical, quantitative, and communication skills
Attention to detail, high ability to multi-task, and prioritize tasks effectively
Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
Ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously in a dynamic environment
Nice to Have
Proficiency in Hebrew (written and verbal)
Prior exposure to venture capital, startups, or deep-tech industries
Background or coursework in a deep-tech discipline (electrical engineering, photonics, physics, aerospace, quantum)
Familiarity with CRM tools or deal flow management platforms
Experience producing structured research outputs (industry reports, competitive analyses, investment case studies)
