idankars appears to be a technology or product-driven company based in Tel Aviv, Israel. Given the role profile and location in one of the world's leading startup ecosystems, the company likely operates in the software or digital product space and is building out its Product team. The presence of a junior-level Product Manager role suggests a growing organization investing in developing early-career talent alongside more senior product leadership.
As a Junior Product Manager at idankars, you will work closely with senior product managers, designers, and engineers to define, prioritize, and deliver product improvements that directly impact users. This is a hands-on, onsite role in Tel Aviv where you will gain exposure to the full product lifecycle — from discovery and problem framing through to launch and iteration.
You will be embedded in a cross-functional team, contributing to roadmap discussions, writing clear product specifications, and acting as a connective tissue between business goals and engineering execution. This is an ideal position for someone who has a sharp analytical mind, strong communication skills, and a genuine curiosity about why users behave the way they do.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with senior PMs to define problem statements and shape feature requirements for assigned product areas
Write detailed product requirement documents (PRDs) and user stories that engineering and design teams can act on
Conduct user interviews and synthesize findings into actionable product insights
Track and analyze product metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and validate feature impact post-launch
Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and cross-functional standups to keep delivery on track
Manage and prioritize a backlog of features, bugs, and improvements in coordination with engineering leads
Support go-to-market activities by working with marketing and customer success teams on feature rollouts
Document product decisions, rationale, and learnings to build institutional knowledge within the team
Requirements
0–2 years of experience in a product management, product operations, or closely related role (internships and academic projects count)
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Business, or Cognitive Science
Demonstrated ability to write clear, structured written communication — PRDs, specs, or analytical reports
Comfort working with data: ability to query basic metrics in tools such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or equivalent
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively across engineering, design, and business stakeholders
Fluency in Hebrew and professional working proficiency in English, both written and spoken
Ability to work onsite in Tel Aviv five days per week
Structured problem-solving ability — you break ambiguous problems into components before jumping to solutions
Nice to Have
Prior exposure to Agile or Scrum development methodologies
Experience with wireframing or prototyping tools such as Figma or Miro
Background or coursework in UX research or behavioral economics
Familiarity with B2B or B2C SaaS product environments
Benefits
₪16,000–₪20,000/month, benchmarked to Tel Aviv market rates
Onsite presence in a centrally located Tel Aviv office
Structured mentorship program with senior product managers
Study budget and access to product-focused learning resources
Team events and a collaborative in-office culture
Keren Hishtalmut (continuing education fund) and pension contributions per Israeli labor law
