About the Role
We're seeking an energetic and driven Outside Sales professional to represent Idankars and bring our innovative R&D solutions to clients across the Southeast. This hybrid role offers the perfect blend of field engagement and collaborative teamwork, where you'll build meaningful relationships with key accounts while working closely with our R&D team to align customer needs with our product roadmap. You'll be instrumental in expanding our market presence and directly impacting our company's growth trajectory.
Responsibilities
Identify, prospect, and cultivate relationships with new clients in the technology and R&D sectors across assigned territory
Conduct product demonstrations and deliver compelling presentations that highlight our innovative solutions and competitive advantages
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets
Collaborate with the R&D team to understand technical capabilities and translate them into customer value propositions
Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through contract negotiation and closing
Maintain accurate sales forecasts and CRM data while providing regular updates on pipeline activity and market insights
Build long-term partnerships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and identifying upsell and expansion opportunities
What we're looking for
3+ years of outside sales experience, preferably in technology, software, or B2B solutions
