Earth & Beyond Ventures is an early-stage venture capital fund and incubator based in Herzliya, Israel. The fund works closely with portfolio companies at the earliest stages — providing not just capital, but hands-on operational and strategic support. Responsibilities
Research and identify business development and funding opportunities relevant to portfolio companies
Perform data analysis and build visualizations that track and communicate portfolio company performance
Maintain and update portfolio performance records using CRM tools (Monday.com)
Support portfolio companies with operational and strategic challenges
Evaluate AI and digital tools for potential implementation across the fund or its portfolio
Create clear, well-structured presentations and reports for internal and external audiences
Assist with the planning and execution of fund initiatives, events, and new projects
Currently enrolled in a degree program in Economics, Business Administration, Management, Social Sciences, Data Analytics, or Engineering
Full proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and Google Workspace
Strong command of English, both written and verbal
Demonstrated analytical skills and rigorous attention to detail
Ability to work independently and deliver on time with minimal supervision
High motivation and a proactive approach
Availability to commit 16 hours/week across 2–3 days for the full internship duration
Nice to Have
Prior hands-on experience in data analysis, business research, or business operations
Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Google Looker Studio)
Familiarity with AI productivity and research tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Perplexity, Notion AI)
Prior exposure to CRM platforms, particularly Monday.com
Native or near-native Hebrew
Genuine interest in venture capital, DeepTech, or the early-stage startup ecosystem
