Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies for multiple departments, managing full-cycle recruiting from job requisition through candidate onboarding
Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their talent needs, team dynamics, and long-term staffing goals
Source, screen, and interview candidates using a combination of job boards, professional networks, social media, and direct outreach to create diverse candidate pipelines
Manage recruitment metrics and reporting, tracking key performance indicators such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and candidate quality to continuously optimize processes
Collaborate on employer branding initiatives, including crafting compelling job descriptions, company storytelling, and enhancing our presence as an employer of choice
Participate in career fairs, networking events, and university partnerships to strengthen our talent community and external relationships
Stay current with recruitment trends, tools, and best practices, recommending improvements to our talent acquisition processes and systems
