About the Role

This is a contract, on-site Senior Full Stack Engineer role based in Wilmington, DE, sitting at the intersection of backend architecture and polished front-end delivery. Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain full stack features across both client-facing and server-side layers, ensuring reliability and performance at each touchpoint.
Collaborate on-site with product managers, designers, and fellow engineers to translate requirements into clean, testable code.
Architect and maintain RESTful APIs or GraphQL services that integrate seamlessly with front-end interfaces and third-party systems.
Review pull requests and contribute to a culture of code quality — offering actionable feedback and raising the technical bar across the codebase.
Debug and resolve complex production issues quickly, minimizing user impact and documenting root causes for future prevention.
Participate in sprint planning, technical scoping, and estimation, helping the team make informed build-vs-buy decisions.
Contribute to improving CI/CD pipelines, deployment processes, and developer tooling to keep the team shipping efficiently.

What we're looking for

Demonstrated ability to build and ship end-to-end features across a modern front-end framework (React, Angular, or Vue) and a server-side language (Node.js, Python, Java, or similar).
Proven track record working with relational or NoSQL databases — writing efficient queries, designing schemas, and optimizing for scale.
Experience integrating and designing RESTful or GraphQL APIs with a clear understanding of security, versioning, and error handling.
Shown ability to work in a collaborative, on-site engineering environment — pairing with teammates, contributing to design discussions, and communicating trade-offs clearly.
