Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain robust software solutions that meet our high standards for performance, scalability, and reliability
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and fellow engineers to translate requirements into elegant technical implementations
Participate in code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and continuously raise the bar for code quality across the team
Troubleshoot production issues, identify root causes, and implement sustainable solutions
Contribute to technical documentation and help establish best practices that strengthen our engineering culture
Take ownership of features from conception through deployment, ensuring they meet user needs and business objectives
Participate in system design discussions and help shape the evolution of our technology infrastructure
What we're looking for
3+ years of professional software engineering experience with a strong foundation in at least one modern programming language
Demonstrated expertise in building scalable, maintainable applications with clean architecture and solid engineering principles
