About the Role
We're seeking a Software Engineer to join our talented development team in Tel Aviv, where you'll work on impactful projects that directly influence our product's success. Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain robust software solutions that meet our high standards for performance, scalability, and reliability
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and fellow engineers to translate requirements into elegant technical implementations
- Participate in code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and continuously raise the bar for code quality across the team
- Troubleshoot production issues, identify root causes, and implement sustainable solutions
- Contribute to technical documentation and help establish best practices that strengthen our engineering culture
- Take ownership of features from conception through deployment, ensuring they meet user needs and business objectives
- Participate in system design discussions and help shape the evolution of our technology infrastructure
What we're looking for
- 3+ years of professional software engineering experience with a strong foundation in at least one modern programming language
- Demonstrated expertise in building scalable, maintainable applications with clean architecture and solid engineering principles
- Proficiency with version control systems (Git) and experience working in collaborative development environments
- Strong understanding of software design patterns, data structures, and algorithms
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to break down complex challenges into manageable solutions
- Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Proven ability to work effectively in team settings and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
