About the Role

Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software solutions using modern programming languages and frameworks
Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate requirements into technical specifications and elegant code
Conduct code reviews for team members, providing constructive feedback that elevates code quality across the organization
Debug complex issues and optimize application performance, working systematically to improve system reliability and speed
Participate in architectural discussions and contribute innovative ideas for scaling our infrastructure and product capabilities
Write comprehensive documentation and tests to ensure maintainability and reduce technical debt over time
Contribute to CI/CD pipeline improvements and participate in on-call rotations to support production systems
What we're looking for
