About the Company
Volf Communications LLC is a Tier-1 VoIP and messaging provider delivering voice, SMS, DID numbers, call-center services and ringless voicemail solutions to carriers and partners across North America, Europe, LATAM, MEA, Africa and APAC. We run a high-reliability network with 99.9% uptime backed by 24/7 NOC support.
As a Data Analyst, you will be the link between raw operational data and the business decisions that keep a global telecom network running efficiently. You will work with data from our voice, SMS, DID and call-center product lines, turning it into clear reports, dashboards and analyses for leadership, operations and commercial teams.
This is a mid-level role: you will own your work end-to-end, from pulling and cleaning data to building reliable dashboards and presenting findings to non-technical stakeholders in a way that drives action. You will work closely with network operations, finance and sales, onsite in Watertown.
The right candidate has a solid foundation in SQL and Excel, experience building BI dashboards, and the communication skills to turn data into clear business narratives. Familiarity with telecom data (call detail records, traffic volumes, routing metrics) is a real advantage, though not required.
