Clinical Recruitment Manager

This is not a traditional clinical recruiting role. We're looking for someone who has already built and led clinical recruiting functions within a healthcare startup or other high-growth healthcare organization and understands what it takes to consistently attract, engage, and hire exceptional licensed clinicians in a competitive market. You'll own our clinical hiring strategy—from workforce planning and sourcing strategy through offer acceptance and onboarding handoff. You'll partner directly with leadership to improve hiring speed, strengthen candidate quality, and build recruiting systems that scale. If you've successfully recruited psychologists, therapists, or other licensed behavioral health professionals, enjoy solving difficult hiring challenges, and thrive in environments where you can build rather than simply maintain recruiting processes, we'd love to meet you.
