What we're looking for
- Valid driver's license (Class C minimum; CDL may be required)
- 2+ years of professional driving experience
- Clean driving record (no DUI/DWI; max 1 at-fault accident in 3 years)
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform loading/unloading tasks
- Proficient with GPS/navigation tools
- Strong punctuality and time management
Nice to have
- CDL Class A or B license
- Experience with fleet management systems (Samsara, Verizon Connect)
- Hazmat endorsement
- Prior experience in last-mile delivery, medical transport, or logistics
- Bilingual English/Spanish
