You'll represent the company every time you're on the road — reliability, professionalism, and attention to safety directly affect customer satisfaction and day-to-day operations.
What you'll do
Operate company vehicle(s) safely in compliance with all traffic laws and DOT regulations
Complete assigned routes, deliveries, or transport schedules on time
Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections, reporting issues promptly
Maintain accurate logs: mileage, delivery confirmations, hours of service, incidents
Load/unload cargo or assist passengers following safe handling procedures
Communicate with dispatch regarding route status, delays, or road conditions
Keep vehicle clean and ensure all permits, registrations, and insurance docs are current
Follow all company safety policies (seatbelt, no phone while driving, substance-free)
What we're looking for
Valid driver's license (Class C minimum; CDL may be required)
2+ years of professional driving experience
Clean driving record (no DUI/DWI; max 1 at-fault accident in 3 years)
Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform loading/unloading tasks
Proficient with GPS/navigation tools
Strong punctuality and time management
Nice to have
CDL Class A or B license
Experience with fleet management systems (Samsara, Verizon Connect)
Hazmat endorsement
Prior experience in last-mile delivery, medical transport, or logistics
Bilingual English/Spanish
